Equipment can be easily removed from a project from the “Equipment” tab 

To remove a lens from a camera simply select the “Delete” option from the menu icon on the relevant lens

To remove a camera, and all related lenses, select the “Delete” option from the menu icon on the relevant camera

It is not possible to undo the removal of equipment.  If a camera or lens has been removed accidentally then it must be added again
