Directly From The Lens

Pre-requisite:

  • A /i or XD compatible lens, such as a CP3.XD or Supreme Prime
  • A CinCraft Scenario /i & XD port cable

It is strongly recommended to ensure the /i or XD lens is using the latest firmware version. Earlier versions of firmware are known to have issues when providing data over the mount and external connector at the same time

This configuration uses the CinCraft Scenario /i & XD cable to interface directly with the lens. This method is compatible with any lens that features an external 4 pin LEMO /i or XD interface.

To setup this configuration:

  • Connect the CinCraft Scenario /i & XD Cable to the 4 pin LEMO /i or XD interface on the lens body.
  • Connect the other end of the CinCraft Scenario cable to the Encoders port of the Origin, or the Link if it is being used
